How to find us
We are located on the main Derby Road (A6) opposite Babington Hospital. On Google Maps we are in the triangle formed by Gibfield Lane, Derby Road and Derwent Vale. Free on site parking is available at the rear of the building or along Gibfield Lane.
From the A38 – Derby
Take the A6 junction from the A38 at Derby, marked for Matlock and Belper. On the A6 proceed north through Allestree, Duffield and over the railway to Milford. At Milford you pass the Strutt Arms public house on the right and come to an acute, sharp left hand bend with the King William public house directly in front of you.
On entering Belper there is another sharp bend over the railway with the road bearing slightly to the right. You will see signs for Goods Road industrial estate to the left, then very soon Babington Hospital on the left. Strutts Community and Business centre is on the right, directly opposite Babington Hospital.
Should you arrive at the Morrison supermarket traffic island (flying geese sculpture) you have gone too far. Go around the island and back down the A6 and you will find us on the left immediately after Gibfield Lane.
The car park entrance is adjacent to the building between the centre and the Tavern public house.

From Matlock
Take the A6 south signed for Derby. Passing through Matlock Bath, Cromford (traffic lights), and over the river bridge at Whatstandwell (beware narrow bridge) with sharp turn to the right. Continue along the A6 to Ambergate joining the A610
On the A610 turn left at the T junction, heading south towards Belper.
The road continues to run alongside the Derwent and into Belper. Upon reaching traffic lights continue straight ahead until the Morrisons supermarket traffic island (flying geese sculpture). At the island continue straight on, you will see Babington Hospital to the right and a turning into Gibfield Road on the left. Strutts Community and Business centre is located on the left opposite Babington Hospital, immediately after Gibfield Lane. Entrance to our free on site car park is just after the building on the left, just before the Tavern public house

When leaving the centre please take care as the exit leads directly on to the busy A6. Pedestrians and oncoming traffic can obscure your view of the road in either direction.
