Clock Tower

Strutts means business

When George Herbert Strutt gifted the premises for the benefit of the town of Belper, it was always intended that the building should be used to be of positive advantage to the local area. The legacy continues as the building changed its use in 2009 when Herbert Strutt primary school moved to its new location and the former educational establishment became a social enterprise.

Today, this  grand grade 11 listed building offers mixed use facilities, operating as a community centre and local business hub.
An excellent location, free on-site parking, wi-fi and internet connection, rooms to suit a variety of configurations, all on fully flexible room hire rates, make Strutts an ideal, secure  business base, or alternative, off- site meeting facility, when privacy and security are a priority.

We can accommodate short or long term residency, in addition to regular or one off meeting or conference requirements, with a range of accessible and well equipped rooms. We are also able to offer tailored licensee agreements enabling full 24 hour access to the building and other bespoke conditions as required.

On-site kitchen facilities enable us to offer optional enhanced catering and bar services if required.

If your business needs are changing, Strutts could be just what your business needs.
