Please note:

  • All prices are quoted per hour with a minimum booking period of 1 hour.
  • The booking duration can be increased in ½ hour increments at pro rata cost.
  • Some of our rooms are accessed via steps and stairs, please tell us when booking if you require acces to be on the flat.
  • A 33% non-refunadable deposit is required to secure your booking. This must be paid within 1 week or the booking will be cancelled.
  • The full hire charge must be paid 6 weeks prior to the hire date.
  • Booking made less than six weeks in advance must be paid for in full.
  • You can pay by cash or cheque at the reception, or by sending a cheque via the post. Please make cheques payable to ‘Strutts Centre Limited’.

What rate do I pay?

Please ask yourself these questions in sequence, the first time you answer yes you have found the rate you pay.

  • Is you booking for a "for profit" company?
            Yes - You pay the Standard Room Rate.
  • Is your booking a family gathering or some other form of private party?
            Yes - You pay the Concession Rate.
  • Does your organisation have paid staff?
            Yes - You pay the Concession Rate.
  • Is your booking for a charity or other non-profit organisation?
            Yes - You pay the Concession Rate.
  • Is your organisation run by volunteers?
            Yes - You pay the Community Rate.
            No - Please speak to us about the rate you would pay.
